These terms and conditions of purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) are a binding legal document for the Parties, which determine the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer and Seller when purchasing goods from the e-store.

The seller reserves the right to change, correct or supplement the conditions at any time, taking into account the requirements arising from the law. The buyer will be notified of this via the e-shop website. The terms and conditions of the e-shop apply at the time of placing the order.

General settings

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the e-shop.

The prices of the products sold in the e-shop are in euros (€) marked with the products. The price includes the delivery fee.

The fee for delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.

Processing of orders

To order products, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and choose the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or using another payment solution.

The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the e-shop’s current account.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.

Delivery conditions

The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Delivery terms outside Estonia are agreed with the customer.

Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 3-7 working days.

In exceptional cases, the goods can be delivered within 40 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured taking into account the personal needs of the consumer who is a party to the contract and to products that are manufactured according to the conditions provided by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to make sure of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed to test the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for a purpose other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the e-shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, you must write to the e-mail address info@psports.eu within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the e-shop shall return to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.

The e-shop may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the item, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the e-store, the Webshop does not have to refund the cost to the consumer that exceeds the cost associated with the standard delivery method.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.

Product quality, warranty and right to claim

The details of each product sold in the online store are generally described in the product description of each product.

The Seller is not responsible if the size, shape and color of the goods in the e-store do not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the product due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.

The e-shop is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the contract conditions or a deficiency that was already present at the time of handing over the item and that appears within two years from the handing over of the goods to the buyer. Within the first six months from the delivery of the item to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect was already present at the time of delivery of the item. It is the responsibility of the e-shop to refute the relevant assumption.

The buyer has the right to contact the e-store within two months at the latest in the event of a defect by sending an e-mail to info@psports.eu

The e-shop is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the e-shop have defects for which the e-shop is responsible, the e-shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the e-shop will return to the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.

The e-shop responds to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.

Direct marketing and personal data processing and payment methods

The seller can initiate different campaigns in the e-shop at his discretion.

The seller has the right to change the conditions of the campaigns unilaterally and without notice, as well as to cancel them. Changes or cancellation of the terms of the promotions are valid from the moment of their establishment.

The e-shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The e-shop transmits personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods. The merchant is the responsible processor of personal data, the merchant transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to one of the following authorized processors chosen by the buyer: Montonio Finance

Solving arguments

If the buyer has complaints about the e-shop, they should be sent to info@psorts.eu

If the buyer and the e-store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The competence of the Consumer Disputes Committee is to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the E-shop. Review of the buyer’s complaint by the commission is free of charge.
